Hitprint products are made-to-order with quality materials, and our printing service uses our state-of-the-art digital printing and screen printing equipment. We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction; however, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that for printing services, we will not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
- Poor quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
You are responsible for examining designs carefully and correcting any mistakes prior to placing an order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof documents created by customers prior to processing.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the garment due to any quality issue arising from or in connection with the printing.
We will not be held responsible for loss or damage of goods arising from shipping or delivery process. For your own protection, we recommend using recorded delivery to gain proof of delivery and / or a tracking number.
Digital Printing may cause shrinking of 1-2 cm of garment after machine process.
All returns must be sent pre-paid at the customers’ expense unless prior agreements have been arranged. Potential claims must be completed in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please allow some time for us to process any claims for return merchandise.
