RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Products purchased from Mecilla Limited are subject to our return and exchange policy.
  • Return or exchange can only be made if you receive the wrong or defective product. To request an exchange or refund for defective product, we require that you contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs or other documentation indicating nature and scope of the defect. We will not accept requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • We will determine whether the product has any non-human damage, and our decision will be final.
  • After the product is returned and inspected there is no evidence of human damage, we will arrange exchange or issue a refund either in the same form that we received payment or by check or wire transfer.  We cannot accept exchange or returns of used product.  To avoid damage that would preclude acceptance of a return, we request that you repack materials in a manner suitable for return shipment without damage.  You are responsible for any damage incurred during return shipment.
  • Exchange will be subject to stock availability.
  • If an item has been reduced in price, there will be no credit.
  • We are unable to accept returns on custom orders.
